Jiao Yong, Manchu, was born in Heishan Liaoning Province in 1971. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, obtaining a bachelor degree of Civil Architecture, then a graduate degree of Economics in Xiamen University, and a PhD of Management in Bulacan State University. He was the assistant of President in Yanlord Property of Singapore, then the Vice President in Evergrande Real Estate Group, and the Senior Vice President and Cooperator in Orient Landscape Industry Group Ltd. He is Chairman of the Board of Chenghuahesheng Investment Management Co., Ltd, co-founder of Zhongyi Capital, founder of Xueguzhai---an agency that collects artworks.

He, whose artworks exhibited in the United States, Japan, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macon, collected by UN headquarters, National Art Museum of China, Museum of Liaoning, Xinhua News Agency in Hong Kong, the International Union of Literati Painters in Taiwan, won international and national awards for more than 20 times, studied painting and calligraphy at the age of 8. His works were admitted by Art China, International Chinese Painting Exhibition, Chinese and Japanese Calligraphy Boutique Exhibition, The Invitation Exhibition of Boutique in Calligraphy and Painting of China (Beijing), The Invitation Exhibition of Masters of Hard Calligraphy (Hong Kong), etc. His abstract calligraphy is recorded by International Celebrities, International Modern Calligraphy, and Yearbook of International Calligraphers and Painters.

He started Xueguzhai at the age of 20, collecting more than 1000 famous paintings and calligraphies which date back to Song and Yuan dynasty, and more than 1800 metal and stone seals, where the collection of Calligraphy, Painting, and Seals of Master Hong Yi is the largest in China. And Xueguzhai, based on the study of Chinese Calligraphy and Paintings, focuses mainly on the arrangement of various kinds of cultural contexts and the systemic collection of paintings and calligraphies in Chinese Art History. In the collection system that specifies on the Modern calligraphies and paintings, the Art of Lingnan School, the Art of Shanghai School, the Art of Jingjin School, and the Art of Changan School are all its main focuses. And couplet of celebrity during the period of Republic of China is its main focus, too.
