The sixteenth St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was held in June 21-23, 2012 at St. Petersburg, Wang Huiyao, the director of CCG was invited as a panelist to attend SPIEF2012.



St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was established in 1997. The theme of this forum was  “Leadership that Works”, its key interests were global business, government, and media leaders who are concerned with Russian political and economic affairs. He Guoqiang, secretary of Central Discipline Inspection Commission and member of standing committee of Politburo, attended the forum on behalf of the government of PRC, and he made a speech on the opening ceremony. There are about 5000 celebrities that attended the meeting, included 3 presidents, 3 premiers, dozens of ministerial-level officials 75 top executives from the fortune first 1000 companies and more than 400 Russian participants from business, academic and finance fields, they sit together to discuss how to possess the effective leadership.

As one of handful Chinese speech guests, Wang Huiyao discussed in the sub-forum: Next Generation Management Competencies. This forum focused on what kind of management capabilities could stimulate the future economy and society, and how to attract the highly qualified talents from across the globe. Dr Wang pointed out ,we should established a new international talents flow orders according to the increasing mobility of global intelligence, such as World Talents Organization, Which could propel the healthy talents exchange across the national Geographical borders. The creative class, International Management and cross-culture communication are the most needed capabilities in the 21st century.
