Liu Zhengyu

CEO of Guangzhou Sky-Tech Cloud

Mr. (Charles) Zhengyu Liu is CEO of Guangzhou Sky-Tech Cloud (a JV of Cisco TCL). He was an SVP and CTO of Appconomy Software and former chairman of RIM (BlackBerry) (China) Ltd. He was worked as an engineer development manager in Nortel Network of Canada for several years. He has gained significant knowledge in R&D, marketing, and management in his over 25 year career in both overseas and China. He was enrolled into university first time after China’s reform in 1978, and then studied in Canada after few years worked as a university lecturer. Mr. Liu is also a vice president of Canadian section of Chinese Overseas Returnee Association and a visiting adviser of MBA, Beijing University of Post and Telecom, and active in other public activities.
